In 2006, I started Victoria Mae Designs, creating handmade organic bedding, clothing, and toys and selling them to small high-end boutiques in Miami, Los Angeles, Nashville, and New York. In 2009, Victoria Mae Designs was published in Tracy Huston's book Feather the Nest, an earth-friendly guide to decorating your baby's room.

In 2009, I acquired an artists-in-residence position at the Bakehouse in Miami's Wynwood Art and Design District. I continued to work on Victoria Mae's designs and expanded my Fine Art Work. In addition, I actively showed art in Miami, Nashville, Los Angeles, and New York during this time.

2010, I became a professor at Miami International University of Art and Design. For 14 years, I taught Foundations, Interior Design, and Visual Arts classes, focusing on fibers, mixed media, textile design, illustration, installation, 4-D art, and fine art to undergraduate and graduate students. I teach to help others find their "voice" by sharing knowledge with a sense of openness and solid foundation in art and design. During my 14 years of teaching in Miami, I have continued to work as a freelance textile designer, curator, and art director.

In 2020, I started splitting my time between Miami and Savannah, and now I teach online and hybrid courses at Miami International University of Art and Design. This redirects my focus back on my design and fine artwork. I took on a new role in 2022 as an Art Director and Lead Designer for a new company, Lambs&Dragons, a home decor line.
